Im Jenny and Im come from germany. Im a really big the tribe fan, since I was a little child. Now Im 21 years old, and bought me the series dvds.
Although I have learned English at school, I find it very sad that there are only seasons 1 and 2 in German.
Now I am at Season 4, and I realize more and more that my English skills are insufficient. Unfortunately, I understand only half of the dialogue from the series.
I know that here in Germany are also many younger fans, the despair of her English. Precisely for this reason, Precisely for this reason, many young people looking for an illegal way to see the seasons 3, 4 and 5 in German. Unfortunately, here is therefore resorted to illegal means, which I find very sad.
Now to my request. Many of the German fans and also I would last very grateful if you could get out more The Tribe DVD's get with a German audio track. Alternatively enough would be a german subtitles or at least English subtitles. The problem is just that many of the charakters have a slurred speech, so it making it impossible for many viewers to understand the dialogues.
I am convinced that the German Tribler would be very pleased with such an innovation, and this would be received gratefully.

Thank you for your email and apologies for the delay in responding (there have been so many emails lately, the team tries its best to reply as quickly as possible but sometimes it takes longer than we would like due to the volume of emails).
That's great you love The Tribe so much and we appreciate all the support.
Please rest assured we highly value and respect all fans of the series in Germany (as you probably know, over the years there were the Tribe tours to Germany, for example, and special music releases and book releases in Germany). So Germany is never forgotten - far from it! :)
The team is hard at work to bring The Tribe to DVD in German but it all takes time.
As you maybe aware, there is a motion picture in development and the team are very busy trying to bring that together as well as the new books being available in the German language along with the DVDs for the entire seasons.
We encountered great difficulty over the past few years due to illegal downloads and uploads and have had to take action to ensure that this type of illegal pirating stops because it not only places the company in a commercially vulnerable position but denies the fans the opportunity of seeing their favourite show because several third parties need to be assured that illegal activity has ceased. For example the American distributor who has recently released The Tribe in America on DVD for example would not wish to do this if the series was freely available on YouTube or on pirate DVDs because no one would take the official DVDs. That is just the commercial reality these days. Cloud 9 is an independent TV company and not a giant studio so we are affected by pirate activity which hurts The Tribe and the fans.
So please rest assured we are in no way complacent in trying to bring our product to Germany. Our German fans are very important to us - and have always been! And we are and will continue to do all that we can to ensure that the product is eventually released in Germany. It just takes time. But you can be assured that we are committed to making this happen.

Wir versichern dir, dass wir die deutschen Fans der Serie sehr zu schätzen wissen und respektieren. (Wie du vielleicht weiß gab es über die Jahre zum Beispiel die Tribe Tour auch in Deutschland oder auf besondere Musik oder Bücher Veröffentlichungen. So, Deutschland ist bei uns nicht vergessen)

Wie du vielleicht weißt, ist gerade ein Kinofilm in Entwicklung und das Team ist sehr bemüht das zusammen zu bringen, ebenso wie die neuen deutschprachigen Bücher oder die vollständigen The Tribe DVD´s.
Wegen der illegalen Downloads und Uploads sind wir in den letzten Jahren auf viele Probleme gestoßen und mussten aus diesem Grund auch Maßnahmen ergreifen um sicher zu gehen, das diese illegale Piraterie stoppt weil es nicht nur dem Unternehmen auf kommerziellem Wege schadet gleichzeitig versperrt es den Fans die Möglichkeit ihre Lieblingsserie zu sehen weil entliche Dritte sicher gehen müssen, dass die illigale Aktivität gestoppt wird. Zum Beispiel der amerikanische Veretreiber der erst kürzlich die The Tribe Staffeln in Amerika veröffentlicht hat würde nicht wollten, das die Serie kostenlos auf Youtube oder auf Raubdvds verfügbar ist weil aus diesem Grund niemand die DVD kaufen würde. Das ist nunmal die Realität. Cloud 9 ist ein unabhängiger TV Konzern und kein riesen Studio so sind wir auch betroffen von der Piraterie und das Shcadet The Tribe und seinen Fans.
Du kannst dir sicher sein, dass wir in keinster Weise zufrieden sind und unser Bestes versuchen unser Produkt nach Deutschland zu bringen. Unsere deutschen Fans waren und sind uns sehr wichtig. Wir sind und werden weiterhin alles versuchen unser Produkt nach Deutschland zu bringen.Leider benötigt das Zeit. Aber du kannst sicher sein, dass wir bemüht sind dies zu realisieren.

Solange werd ich mich mit den englischen Dvds bemühen müssen.... Ich versteh ja englisch, nur manche Schauspieler reden so ein Kauderwelsch. Jack zum Beispiel... Versteht den jemand xD?
