RIYADH, Saudi Arabia -- Saudi authorities say sprinter Yousef Ahmed Masrahi will not compete in this summers Olympics after failing a drug test.Masrahi set an Asian 400-meter record at the athletics world championships in Beijing last year.The Saudi Olympic Committee said in a statement that the 28-year-old athlete tested positive for a banned substance during training in June, and that as a result he will not compete at next months Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
